It is infrastructure, not another social network: there is no endless feed to scroll, and conversations fade after two hours without activity. It helps people see and act on what is already happening around them.

Cipher is the first product built by Altelaria: an AI concierge for venues and events. It brings the Community Layer to life, for visitors and for the venues and organizers who welcome them, through six core actions.
Cipher — a product by Altelaria
Discover — Finds venues and events that match what people are looking for, near them or in an area of their choice.
Book — Books a table or a room by voice, where the venue accepts it, and notifies the venue. Elsewhere, it can call the venue to book, as a paid mission.
Get there — Prepares the ride where it is available, or opens the route in Google Maps. People confirm the ride in the app.
Welcome — Welcomes visitors in their language inside Live Hubs, and answers them with what the venue or organizer has told it, always as Cipher.
Connect — Introduces people who want to meet, through Match + Intro, only when both accept.
Remember — Remembers useful preferences and the places people know. They see what it keeps and erase it whenever they want.

How Cipher works
From activation to live operation, the organizer stays in control.

Activate a Live Hub
The organizer activates a Live Hub Pro with Cipher X directly from the Cipher Wallet — in less than 2 minutes. A venue Cipher already lists can claim it instead, with its first 30 days included.
- STEP 02 Configure
Configure the place or event
The organizer sets the zone and the public name, what the venue offers in “Venue info”, or the event dates.
- STEP 03 Inform
Tell Cipher what to know
In Cipher’s settings, the organizer writes what helps Cipher answer correctly: products, services, prices, hours.
- STEP 04 Operate
Cipher goes live
Once the organizer switches it on, Cipher welcomes visitors and answers them in their language, always signed Cipher, never as the venue. Every day, it suggests concrete actions to the organizer.
